Conferences & Board Meetings at Trafalgar Park:

Trafalgar Park is an ideal house in which to hold an exclusive conference or board meeting where the host can be sure that no other organisation or event is taking place within the building.

An event is planned to your bespoke requirements. These usually take the form of a :

Conference, AGM or Product Launch:

For up to 60 people; welcome, coffee & biscuits in the Baroque Hall. Conference seating in the Saloon; lunch in the South Wing Dining Room – round tables. Tea or drinks on the lawn or Baroque Hall.
For an AGM or product launch we can seat up to 120 people in conference style configuration - and probably with buffet catering arrangements.

Board Meeting away-day:

Up to 26 people; welcome, coffee & biscuits in the Baroque Hall or Cipriani Room. Board room table in the Saloon; lunch in the South Wing Dining Room – around one table. Tea or drinks on the lawn or Baroque Hall. ‘break-out’ rooms can be made available for sub-groups or as a private facility for the chairman.

The day could conclude with a reception or dinner and include a musical performance.

All catering is provided by professional firms; we are pleased to advise on a quality local list – or we are happy to work with a nominated caterer. Any IT or technical equipment can be hired in upon request; Trafalgar Park is connected to BT Broadband for use by hosts & guests. Transport to and from Salisbury Station ( 5 miles ) can be arranged either by mini-bus or taxi. A helicopter may land on the East Field.

Accommodation is not available at Trafalgar Park itself although comfortable bed & breakfast arrangements can be made very locally – or at a hotel in Salisbury.

Guests are welcome to stroll around the grounds or take a walk down to the River Avon; specific recreational events can be arranged if required.

Trafalgar Park is dedicated to delivering an extremely high quality of service within the privacy of a family home – guests are invited for a private tour of the House.

Trafalgar Park has extensive experience in bringing together highly talented young musicians and delivering outstanding private performances in the Baroque Hall. We would be delighted to design a performance around your schedule, for example with London Festival Opera or Sarum Chamber Orchestra, to entertain your guests.
